586430 - Bookmarks toolbar grows in size if favicons greater than 16 pixels high

If a favicon in the bookmarks toolbar is larger than the default size, the bookmarks toolbar stretches (vertically) to fit it.

This did not happen with previous beta.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Show bookmarks toolbar
1. Go to http://www.mania.com/
2. Drag the favicon from the URL bar onto the bookmarks toolbar (or otherwise add this bookmark onto the toolbar)

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks toolbar grows to approx. double height.

Expected Results:  
Toolbar remains same size.

I am using the default 4.0b3 theme. The favicon is this gif:

It appears that the gif still has a restricted width, but not height.

I don't know a workaround other than removing the bookmark.

Having the same problem, I suppose that's a duplicate of bug 583616
