58645 - Progress bar in statusbar "wobbles"

The progress bar (grey box at bottom left showing percent completion of page
loading in classic theme) in M18 wobbles around ~95%, starting and stopping
seemlingly at random after the page has finished loading ("M" animation has
stopped and the stop button is greyed out). Also between the "X Replies..." and
Search/Quote areas a grey/black line 1-3 pixels in height flickers in tune with
the wobbling, about 80% of the width of the maximized window at 1024x768 32 bit
colour. This also occured in M17, on similarily constructed Slashdot comment pages.

System:
Windows 2000 SP1
Mozilla M18 (Build 2000101014)
PIII700 with 128MB RAM
1024x768 32 Bit Colour on an ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP 2X

I saw this as well, but I had to reload the page once it loaded the first time.
Running: Windows ME (I don't recommend it)
         64MB RAM
         AMD K6-2 350MHz
         Mozilla Build 2000103104

It doesn't always appear upon first loading the page, but usually does after 
hitting reload once for me. 
I have noticed another similar occurence, I start Mozilla freshly, enter the 
address in the address bar, hit enter and the page loads. As it loads the 
progess bar approaches ~98%, but once it's displayed, the progress bar "wobbles" 
down to around 50% and then wobbles in place randomly. This time however, the 
stop button is not greyed out and the M animation is still going. Pressing the 
stop button ends the odd behavior.

Hitting reload causes the initial behavior again, wobbling at 98% instead of 
50%, with the stop button greyed out and M animation stopped.
