Description

Print a long table, one that spans more than one page, such as
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/sidebar/index.html

Expected:
- several pages, with the table spanning them

Actual:
- two pages are printed, the first with the first page of the table, truncated.
The second contains only the content after the end of the table. The rest of the
table is not printed.

The patch for bug 53690 caused this one (for the most part). I have reopened bug 
53690 and have attached a revised patch to it. With the revised patch, the url 
in this bug prints better, but the table containing the "Textcase Matrix for 
Sidebar" starts on the 2nd page instead of the 1st. I had a 10/19 build 
includeing a patch to another printing bug which printed the url correctly, and 
I'll add that patch into a current build and see if it helps. PDT is unlikely to 
approve such a fix, however.

This looks already fixed on the branch. I am using today morning's branch builds 
on win/mac/linux (11/05). Am marking this bug fixed.
