test_bug511075.html fails on Fennec because Fennec doesn't have scrollbars, so big parts of that test are not useful for Fennec.
This patch makes it work for Fennec (makes the one test that is applicable for Fennec work and ignores the other tests for Fennec).
I actually noticed that this test was failing on my machine too (using Firefox), because my scrollbars are 26px wide by default. So I fixed that too, so it works on my machine.

I'm battling already for 2 hours getting a tryserver build for this patch :(
Perhaps it's not necessary, although I only tested the patch on Windows and Maemo.
