Details

I came across a web page which is rendered by Netscape v4.75 (the only one I
tried) but not by any recent Mozilla (I am currently using the 2000102708
nightly, but other Mozilla nightlies also fail to render):

http://www.nvidia.com/Products/OpenLinuxDwn.nsf/xfree86_40Downloadmain?OpenPage

Anyway, I tracked the offending HTML code down to the <title> section in <head>.
This page has the follwoing code:

<head><title="Linux driver download"></head>

Sure, it looks like bad HTML, but it seems that Moz should be more graceful
about dealing with it.
