Start with a fresh profile, start the account setup.
Check the I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
See a small set of dots to the right of the check box.

Just saw this in 20100924, should have followed my STR.

Apparently this happens on Windows when we use a checkbox or radio button without the 'label' attribute but a separate label. Happens on the Sync Options page, too.

And there it's probably also the reason why clicking the labels doesn't activate the respective radio button. This could be solved like in the checkbox case (onclick with focus/click on the description/label), though, which is what I'll try to get into SeaMonkey in bug 618709.
Or you can just use the control attribute, instead of reinventing the wheel. :)

On what? The labels already use the control attribute, and it has no (or at least not the desired/expected) effect:

It seems to me that separate labels and radio elements just don't play together nicely.
Should fix this at some point, not critical.

yes, is still an issue.  I see it on Windows but not on Mac.
