STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 0. Be running a Firefox 4.0 nightly with Sync configured
 1. Open Firefox Preferences, and go to the Sync preferences tab
 2. Click "Manage Account"
 3. Click "Reset Sync"
 4. Examine radio buttons on the wizard that appears.

ACTUAL RESULTS: The focused radio button has a little "halo" that appears to its right, when the wizard has focus.

EXPECTED RESULTS: normal-looking radio button (no "halo")

I can reproduce this on Ubuntu 10.04 & Ubuntu 10.10rc. It doesn't show up elsewhere in Firefox (e.g. radio buttons below "Save files to" in "General" tab of Firefox preferences)

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100930 Firefox/4.0b7pre
Summary: "Reset Sync" wizard has a weird halo to the right of radio buttons → "Reset Sync" wizard has a weird halo to the right of selected radio button
Alternate steps to reproduce:
 1. Start with fresh profile
 2. Tools | Set up Sync
 3. "I have a sync account"
 4. enter credentials, next; enter sync key, next
 5. Click "Sync Options" in the lower-left corner of the final wizard-page
 6. Click any of the radio buttons

(In this case, you have to manually click the radio buttons to trigger the "halo", since something else is focused when you load that page of the wizard)
(oh, actually you can skip the "enter credentials" part of comment 1, since the "Sync Options" button is already available at that point)
IIUC, these radio buttons were added in bug 590805.
Depends on: 590805
Can't reproduce on OS X:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100926 Firefox/4.0b7pre

So, this may be Linux-only (or Ubuntu-default-theme-only?).
Summary: "Reset Sync" wizard has a weird halo to the right of selected radio button → "Reset Sync" wizard has a weird halo to the right of selected radio button, on Ubuntu

> (or Ubuntu-default-theme-only?).

I just reproduced the bug using the (pretty-different-from-default) "Clearlooks" theme on Ubuntu. So this doesn't seem to be theme-specific.
Also visible on Windows. We're focusing the label part of the radio button, which we're not setting because we're bolding the string using inline HTML.
