Description

The Collections edit page now correctly detects long descriptions, but its error message doesn't point to that as a reason, as it merely states:

"There are errors in this form. Please correct them below.", without:

A) pointing to the Description textfield specifically as the problem
B) Stating the maximum character length for said form

The message exists.  Whoever made this form didn't drop in error messages.

This is fixed.  I get an error that says "Ensure this value has at most 200 characters (it has 1426)." now.
