User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.11) Gecko/20100711 Lightning/1.0b1 Thunderbird/3.0.6 If you are looking at the messages in your inboxes in the smart folders view, and you click Ctrl-N to start a new e-mail, the account is (correctly) set to your default one. If you change the account from the drop down, then tab to the message body, instead of the cursor being placed at the start of the message body so you immediately type, it's placed at the end of the first line of the signature. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to smart folders view 2. click on the inbox (very top item) 3. click Ctrl-N 4. change the From: drop down to another account 5. tab until the cursor goes into the message body part Actual Results: the cursor will now be at the end of the first line of the sig, not at the start of the message body as it would be if you hadn't changed the account Expected Results: cursor should ahve been right at the start of the message body, ready for me to type

I have met other types of signature bug before - usually picking up signature font without putting the cursor in the signature area. I have not yet tried to reproduce the steps listed here.
