The bulk of this is the stuff that would be built by the makefile.win, except that that's been unusable since 2004. From what I remember from mentions in bugs, the miniNav stuff was intended to prove that the Suite's chrome was a bloated monstrosity that killed startup time.
QED.
The remnants are timeline stuff, which is on its last legs and preparing to get kicked over to mailnews/, and the quit stuff that I think releng stopped using around the time they stopped using tinderbox clients, but I'll figure that out separately and elsewhere.
