On Windows the menubar is hidden by default. Having the Add-ons Manager open and pressing the Alt key produces graphical glitches of the top elements (navigation arrows, tools button, and search bar). See the screenshot.
Looks like a recent regression. AFAIR I haven't seen it a couple of days ago.

Regressed between b4 and b5. I could think of Bug 575036 or bug 585950. Would have to check nightly builds.

If this recently regressed, it might be bug 591671 which regressed from bug 130078.

I highly doubt it, this is some rendering issue not an add-ons manager problem I believe.

happens on OSX as well (using cmd-b to bring out the bookmarks sidebar) but redraws quickly on both platforms
