STR:

1. Load https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/?browse=featured using Minefield
2. Click on "Popular"
3. Click the browser's Back button

(I can't tell if this is a browser bug or our bug, sadly.)

Summary: Previously clicked-on tab on homepage still has :hover styling applied when "Back" is clicked → Previously clicked-on tab on homepage still has :focus styling applied when "Back" is clicked
