Some tags ending with "/>" seem to cause some problems on this build of FireFox, but will work fine on the 3.6.8 and its cousins.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load page.
Actual Results:  
White page.

Expected Results:  
FX3.6.8 is the expected display result, showing a background image loaded in the CSS file on the "<body />" tag.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
