I can't really figure out a reliable STR for this, but I've seen this a number of times. Tabs basically go missing from the tab bar, but are visible in Panorama. Closing a tab in the set sometimes makes the missing tab appear, but with no title text.

3. If I close a tab, the missing Twitter tab appears in the tab bar, but the tab itself is empty: http://neil.io/1F2r6W+

I will attach these screenshots to this bug for prosperity.
