First needs s/the watching/watching the/
Second needs s/watching/are watching/

There may be others - I will add them as I notice them.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a notification email with either/both footer lines above.
Actual Results:  
Dubious English.

Expected Results:  
Proper English (eg, suggestions given above, but feel free to use another wording)

Not sure where your Bugzilla install came from, but mine has the following in template/en/default/global/reason-descs.none.tmpl:

Where did you download your Bugzilla installation, and did you customize the above file at all?

I think that we actually fixed this in a release later than the one that the reporter is using. (That is, this bug is a duplicate.)
