I can confirm this issue for the same build in Windows 7.

All platforms have this UI issue with Visual Indicator 
Verified on MAC OS X 10.6, Ubuntu 10.04, Win7

We only want to use the first image in tabview.png.  Images are centered in 20px by 20px rectangles.

Images are different size on different platforms so we will need to use the correct dimensions for that.
