In beta 4 we've removed the Windows RTL (bug 588938)  builds due to a major problem (bug 588735). As that bug is resolved and there is no new issues that blocks the Windows releases, please consider enabling again these builds. 

Affected locales: Hebrew, and maybe also Arabic and Farsi (Those are still unavailable, while the Hebrew builds are available to only Linux and OSX).

Hebrew and Arabic are the rtl locales reactivated for beta 7 in bug 599346, marking fixed.
