Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete all profiles from choose user profile dialog
2. Close choose user profile dialog
3. Open choose user profile dialog: firefox -no-remote -p xyz
4. Create a new profile

Expected result:
- no display problems at the window

Actual result:
- the bottom line of the window cuts the buttons

Dan, Christian, this was found by contract testers on 1.9.1.13 and 1.9.2.10.

Did this just regress, or has it been this way for a long time? I bet deleting all profiles isn't commonly tested.

I first met the problem when reported, till then I did not test deleting all profiles, closing and creating a new one profile. There are no test cases specifically for this issue.

This problem still appears on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20110104 Firefox/4.0b9pre for Windows XP x86.
