after bug 578785: TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/toolkit/themes/pinstripe/mochitests/test_bug510426.xul | notification bar has wrong height - got 25, expected 27 It's not clear to me what's going on, bug 578785 shouldn't really affect the notification bar height. Test disabled for now.

Turns out setting the notification type stopped working as it depended on the binding being constructed beforehand. Pinstripe's notification bar border depends on the type attribute, hence the failure. http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/42082138c475
