User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_4; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/6.0.472.59 Safari/534.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.9) Gecko/20100825 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.3 Just a functionality enhancement. In the day and week view due to the lack of free space in a column it is seemingly impossible to 'Click-n-Drag' to create events, when another event already exists at that time. IE, You have an existing appointment from 5-7 and want to add another from 5:30 to 6:00 the lack of free space makes it difficult to create appointments by 'Click-n-drag'. If there was a small amount of 'no mans land' (space that events would not occupy) in the columns this problem would be solved. I have seen many people fumble with this in Lightning/Sunbird. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create event 2.Attempt to create event during the event from 1 by clicking and dragging to set the start/end time Actual Results: Usually you end up moving the existing event. Or you have to create the event earlier, then adjust it once the initial event reduces in width.
Seems identical to the change proposed in Bug 367131 Comment 4 and might be fixed by the patch added in Bug 367131 Comment 6.
