With more than one tab open, it's possible to get into a state where, after panning left to see the tab sidebar, the tab close button on the active tab is hidden - and appears after a short delay. I saw this on Stuart's Android device.

From bug 600144, steps to reproduce that are reliable for me. I think you may need to do the steps in quick succession for them to work: 1. Open Fennec. 2. Open a new tab and load a web page in it. 3. Double-tap to zoom. 4. Pan to display the tab toolbar.

I'm not seeing this anymore in the new theme. Maybe it was fixed by the CSS cleanup for the documenttab styles.
