User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; ja; rv:1.9.2.10) Gecko/20100914 Firefox/3.6.10 Build Identifier: Round progress meter in tab disappear by bug 544818. This change causes that user doesn't individuate tab's transition state by favicon. If next loading page has not favicon, user cannot individuate weather tab is loading or not. Of cource, current tab's transion state are informed by the progress line under the location-bar. But There is no information of current tab's transition state on tab-bar. So user doesn't individuate tab's transition state by tab-bar. I think that, there should be some information of tab's transition state on tab-bar. Reproducible: Always
Depends on: 544820, 544821, 572482
