Here are the steps to get the machine working again: 1) Through Java iKVM Viewer (IPMI) reboot the machine in safe mode 2) Remove the following keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Providers\{d2028e19-82fe-44c6-ad64-51497c97a02a} HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Provider Filters\{d2028e19-82fe-44c6-ad64-51497c97a02a} 3) Reboot the machine 4) Please test that the machine logins and that we can still access it through RDP Thanks in advance!

•
