There have been no new Win64 builds (see http://nightly.mozilla.org/ ) since Thursday, September 16.  Since I don't see any failed nightlies on http://tests.themasta.com/tinderboxpushlog/?noignore=1 , I'm guessing something got switched off by accident, perhaps?
