Thanks for bug 61098 fix...

Once user have checked 
"Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs" 
a alert/confirm/prompt shown on tab.

Can we have mechanism suppress all alert/confirm/prompt shown on tab even after page reload or another page shown on same tab.

Fixing this may be partially solve Bug 597934

We could persist this with a site permission. However I'd argue the issue is less severe since we use tab-modal prompts. If a site spams prompt, as a user, I'd simply close the tab and not use that site.
