The new Windows 7 theme leaves some vertical space for the pseudo-title bar, but doesn't put anything in there. I've noticed plans to move tabs to that space, but if that will be an option (or simply not always the case), I suggest to draw page title in the title bar in those cases when it's currently empty. For people with numerous tabs, like myself, the page title shown in the tab is sometimes way too short to be useful. Adding the title of the current page there shouldn't be too hard and doesn't require a big design change since the title bar is tall enough to accommodate a line of text.
