Having browser.search.openintab activated alongside having a blank page at startup, I find that whenever I start by searching I'll end up with a blank tab alongside the search result tab. It'd be preferable if I didn't have to close the blank tab

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on browser.search.openintab
2. Set Firefox to open a blank page on startup
3. Perform a search
Actual Results:
You have a blank tab beside the search results

Expected Results:
There should be no blank tab
