If performance data is available, we should display it on the detail and search listing pages. The front end mockups are: http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/performance/v2/01_listing.png http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/amo/performance/v2/02_detail.png The rule to show the message if the slow down is >=30% (and substitute in the correct number). Potch can do this no problem. If you'd like to wait for the backend data to show up, that's fine - right now it's not there.
