This leak can be seen for the ipc-related xpcshell-tests (don't know if it's for all tests, but seems to occur quite often).

This is not causing an orange tree, why would it block?

Is the leak deterministic or random?

It happens with every ipc xpcshell test, IIRC.
Sure, and we should fix that, but that doesn't mean it's a blocker.
