Details

Add-ons installed by Labs Pack might auto-update by themselves if they're hosted on AMO or elsewhere, but that might mean we lose out on showing the info url if we do change it. Some options: - disable auto-update for Pack-installed add-ons - watch for some update notification and also trigger Pack-update

http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/sigma/rev/7a42629aeae3 Hook into both background and manual add-on update checks to also check for sigma manifest updates. Avoid multiple checks within a short (1hour) time span.
