We'd like users to be able to transfer their Fx Sync credentials to a new device by just having to enter a small generated PIN of sorts, preferably not on the device in question (zero-typing setup).

The idea is that the new device and one that's already set up for Fx Sync will negotiate a secret key using J-PAKE, communicating through a Mozilla server. The already set up machine then encrypts the credentials and uploads them to the server where the new device fetches them.
