Now that we have compare-locales 0.9 (bug 504339), we should use it.
Stuff to be done is mostly to actually display warnings, we already have errors.
Deployment-wise, we need to update compare-locales on bm-l10n-dashboard01, and update the django-site code with the upcoming landing. l10n-master itself and locale-inspector just work, which is nice.
I'm tempted to not switch this live before we actually branched, just to keep the noise out of beta 7. I'd roll it into the same downtime as the 2.0 branch (bug 597613), even.

http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/django-site/rev/2fa6d1a6f750 is the landing to show the warnings.
http://hg.mozilla.org/users/axel_mozilla.com/locale-inspector/rev/a073f10d598e are new tests, including one non-test
trial l10ninsp.test.test_compare.MasterSide.runAll
which I used to create a build logs dir with corresponding fixtures for testing.

This is done, for a while actually. It's now using 0.9.1, too.
