Pressing Return or Tab key at the subject input is also entered to editing message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new message window
2. Move focus to subject input
3. Press Return or Tab key

Actual Results:  
Moves focus to message field and Return or Tab is entered.

Expected Results:  
Moves focus only.

It seems that the fix of bug 548480 causes this bug and bug 601440.

I can confirm this bug with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.11) Gecko/20101004 Thunderbird/3.1.5

When focus is on the Subject input and I press tab the focus moves to the message field and a tab is entered.

(Oddly, even if there is already text in the message field the cursor is still gets moved forward by a tab input)

I confirmed that this bug isn't reproduced on current comm-1.9.2.

This is same as bug 601440.
