When you are viewing an email, there are two customizable toolbars, one in the top left and one in the top right.
When the "Forward" button is added to these toolbars, it works properly in the top-right toolbar, but remains disabled in the top-left toolbar. This makes it impossible to forward messages for people who don't like the ridiculous new top-right toolbar design.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Customize top-left toolbar by adding "Forward" button.
2. Open any email
Actual Results:
The "Forward" button is disabled, and you can't forward the message.
Expected Results:
Forward should be enabled.

There are two Forward buttons, one to move forward in your viewed messages and one to forward a message. You probably added the wrong Forward button to the Mail Toolbar. You should add the one with an envelope and an arrow pointing to the right.
Oh, you are correct. I changed to the other button and now it works.
