The project part of the patch doesn't completely apply on branch, but it's not that difficult to open the project and press delete :P

Marcello, assuming we take this for 2.0.5 (which I think we will), you'll need to make sure that the l10n build script doesn't try to merge in InfoPlist.strings files of the removed BloglinesFeedHandler.app (or insert localized-only copies of the app; I'm not sure what the results will be on your end).

Just in case anyone wonders: you have to delete Bloglines from every copy of Camino on your Mac before LaunchServices knows it's gone (trash and Empty Trash).

For anyone building, for a debug build, that's the copy in generated/, the copy in the app in build/Debug, the copy in the app in dist/, and the copy in dist/camino/ (if Camino.app exists there; it may not).  For a universal build, repeat these for each architecture, and add the copy in the app in dist/universal/.

Repeat for every branch.

I deleted 25 copies today, plus I'd already deleted the copies in generated/ and in the app in build/ when I was testing the patch :P
