This is a follow-up to bug 602964, which replaced tab progress lines with non deterministic progress throbbers. The patch in that bug uses the pinstripe images in all themes, but we still need to create images for the winstripe and gnomestripe themes.

I thought the current throbber's color on Windows is too deep.
It's contrast is little. so user's legibility is bad in background tab throbber especially because of background tab's color is dark gray.
It needs re-examining, don't it?
