If you are starting Minefield from the shell and the current working directory has been deleted by another process, Minefield will quit immediately after the profile selection. This is a regression from Firefox 3.6. I suspect bug 571193 as being the cause here. A regression test is needed.

I could think of bug 601145 but bug 600711 would make more sense to have been regressed this.

This works nowadays and I may remember another bug where this might have been fixed but I don't have the bug number. As such marking as WFM.
