reproduceable: always

watch this page (it may vary, thus I'll attach a static version too, but you
should watch the online version due to misalignment of images too ).
the first fieldset looks fine (?1Þ), all suqsequent fieldsets look worse, the
text strikes over the border and these "Neu" images too (you've to scroll down a
bit, you only need to watch the right fieldset border)

this looks really bad (IE does render better in this case)

I am not seeing any issues with win98 2000111604..what exactly are you seeing?
Could you try with a new profile? thanks!
:) this profile is almost 30 minutes old, I see that the text wrapping does not
work properly where no \n (BR) are issued, please search for "lappen in die
hand" it should appear in the middle of the page and there the text is wrapped
so that it overlaps with that fieldset border

just curious, why is this [future]? is this problem too specific?
Attaching a simpler test case which (I think) demonstrates the same problem.

Steps to reproduce:
  1) View the attachment "Minimized test case".
  2) Resize the browser window (you'll have to make it pretty narrow to see the
     bug).

Actual results:
The third table cell leaks outside the containing fieldset.

Expected results:
  Isn't it obvious?-)

Builds and platforms:
  - Mozilla 0.9 (Linux)
  - Mozilla build 2001051308 (Windows 98)

Additional info:
See also bug 81392, which is essentially the same thing; only the table is
replaced with an <input> element. Might well be a duplicate.

Adding 'html4' keyword, changing Platform/OS to All/All and lowering Severity to
'normal' (which seems more appropriate than 'major').

I found out that it's not just <table>s or <input>s that are leaking out of
fieldsets. Attaching another testcase which shows the same behaviour with only
simple text inside the fieldset (when your browser window is narrow enough).

Adjusting summary to reflect this.
Summary: Table inside FIELDSET extends out of FIELDSET → Fieldset contents are "leaking out" when fieldset is squeezed
*** Bug 81392 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This bug effectively prevents using fieldsets inside tables - an extremely
useful practice in Web applications.
