Reproducible: Always Actual Results: The installer doesn't care what version the user wants to install. Expected Results: The installer should compare the version that the user wants to install, with the latest build. If the request is < the latest build, the user should be prompted to update. If the request is = to the latest build, the installer should continue normally. This would be helpful in keeping users that participate in betas and times where security and bug patches are being pushed rapidly up-to-date.
