606335 - Discovery Pane should have a transparent background

Currently, the discovery pane's page has a background color and texture. It looks fine with the unfinished theme of the addons manager, but bug 601022 changes the background color, gradient, and texture to be different on each OSes (and it will depend on OS theme settings, too). This makes it noticeably different on Windows and OSX, and makes it stick out like a sore thumb on Linux (which uses system colors everywhere).

The solution is to have the page background set to be transparent - so it gets the background that all other addons manager panes get.

Note: This will probably look a bit less-pretty until 601022 lands.

And on Linux, with a dark theme - makes a very noticeable difference here.
