When I am off-line and I'll try to create new mail account - I fill name, mail and password, then click on 'create account' TB can't connect, but I can't cancel the creation, because error message still appeared.
I'll try to create new account without internet connection, because I would like to skip the automatic stage. I excepted error like 'You are off-line.' or something like that.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Be off-line
2.Try to create new mail account
3.fill the fields and click to 'create'
Actual Results:  
Get the error 'Java script application' (I don't know how it's exactly in English, I'll try on TB in my own language)

Expected Results:  
Message 'You are off-line.' or something like that in my language. -> skip the automatic stage.
Maybe button Skip the automatic stage in the new account creation wizard shoul be fine.
