60795 - Forwarded flag not set when Mail is forwarded inline

Used 11-20-08-Mtrunk builds for all the platforms

Not setting forwarded flag on imap messages when we forward to them

After you forward to a message, the status field in the thread pane should be 
updated to reflect that.

To reproduce:
1. Select message
2. Click Forward
3. Click send
4. Actual result: status column in thread pane stays the same "Read"

Expected result: status column should turn to "Forwarded"

Additional Info: bug 22158 fixed for replied flag, but not fix for forwarded 
flag yet, log this bug for tracking forwarded flag problem.

There's another bug out there about this, will look for it... When I tried it
last week, forwarded status was shown when forwarding as attachment, but not inline.

The bug I was referring to is bug 53082, I'll mark that one verified after I've
checked all my scenarios and leave this as a remaining issue.

This problem with forwarding inline applies to both IMAP and POP messages.

Same problem seen when forwarding as attachment if File/Send Later menu option
is used, but works properly with Send button. This was observed in Build
2002051009 on Linux; the forwarded messages were POP messages, IMAP not tried.

Following up on comment 8: status is being updated correctly for inline or 
attachment forwarding if Send Now is used; it is not being updated for either if 
Send Later is used.  Similarly, status is not updated for Reply if Send Later is 
used.  

Bug 210566 is about the Send Later problem; the inline vs. attachment problem 
works OK.

=>WFM based on my own testing and comment 8.
