Latest Minefield on Win 7 (20101028), when I am in Panorama mode I can't close the application by clicking on Minefield's X on the top right. It just takes me out of Panorama.

It feels like I should be able to close the application.

This was an explicit decision made because of the number of people closing Panorama expecting to return to "Firefox" (thinking Panorama was a separate window).
