In the Additional Information section of the Camino bug reporting helper page, there is a reference to "Talkback crash ID". It links to a page about something called Quality Feedback Agent that AFAICT has nothing to do with Camino, or any recent Mozilla product for that matter.

I forget when and for what versions Talkback was switched out for Breakpad, and the newer information is explained well at http://caminobrowser.org/documentation/bugzilla/#crash, so maybe this isn't a problem, or maybe it's not even within your control, but I thought I'd mention it.

Yep. IIRC, this is a site thing that has to be handled by Mozilla staff; we'll get this to the right place. Thanks for catching it!

Heh, it's not just Camino. I just tried it for Firefox, and that section is apparently common to all products. That makes this a little bit more serious of an issue :-p

This link has been removed from the guided form in the next release of BMO 4.0 coming out in a few weeks.
