User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.15) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.5.15 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Thunderbird 3.1.6 I've had three instances now of Thunderbird suddenly deleting an email when I click on the email from the list of all emails in my inbox. The deleted email no longer appears in my inbox, or in my Trash (i.e. I can't find it anymore) when I look through Thunderbird, or look through the website Thunderbird downloads my emails from. This bug only started happening after my upgrade to V 3.1.6 and has happened three times in two days. I'm 100% sure these deleted emails exist, since I can see them disappearing from Thunderbird's listing of emails in my Inbox (when I clicked). In some cases, I've previously replied to them, so the reply (and the date stamp of the original email) still exists in my Sent folder, but the original is nowhere to be found, even after using Thunderbird's search tool across all my folders. It's happened to me three times without trying to reproduce it, but upon trying to (i.e. randomly clicking on non-important emails in my Inbox), I can't seem to reproduce this problem. I'm wondering if others have run into the same problem, or if there's a suggested fix (besides moving to Microsoft Outlook, to avoid losing important emails) Reproducible: Sometimes I'm running the Leopard Mail Default Aqua (3.2.6) theme, and have the Mail Tweak 0.16 extension installed.
One more piece of information: I'm downloading from an IMAP server, and all settings are set to not delete any emails
Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ? Does it also happens if you run Thunderbird in -safe-mode (http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode) ?
