<LI> bullet does not pick up preceding <FONT> color

Details
The <LI> bullet does not pick up the color specified in <FONT> before it. Check
out the sample URL. Unknown if this is an HTML compliance problem or what, but
NS 4.x and MSIE 5.x both pick up the color correctly.
Becomes a problem if a <UL> list is used on a page with a black background and
white text specified in <FONT>. Haven't tried specifying the color via CSS.

This is a duplicate of bug 38174.
[My personal opinion: since NS 6 has shipped like this, it's not valid HTML,
<FONT> is on the way out anyway - just use CSS].
