For 4.0b7 build1 the verify-asc of the signing Makefile found 232 asc files and 235 'total files', due to these files

If we want the checksums after signing we should exclude them at
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/default/release/signing/Makefile#l285
If we don't want them then they need adding to
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/default/release/signing/download-exclude.list

I think we should keep them. That also means re-generating them for signed bits.

We sign checksums files in the signing on demand world. Fixed by bug 509158.
