When you upgrade the browser, and there are a lot of add-ons, the scrollbar in the "Checking for compatible add-ons" screen breaks. It snaps back to the second-last position whenever you scroll to the bottom of the list. This even happens if you are dragging the scrollbar to the bottom, it will jitter every time it reaches the bottom. Reproducible: Always
