steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/mobile/search-tools/
- Notice that "Featured" tab is empty
- "Search providers" section is empty as we don't have any search categories for mobile
- "Most Popular" and "Recently Added" links are a 404

For now we'll hide the white box for non-Firefox apps.

The Featured tab is still empty, but Fligtar doesn't seem to care too much about it.
