I thought Ben had already filed this but after discussion we agreed a while ago that we didn't want to maintain a mapping from currency name (USD) to symbol and localization ($...). Instead as AMO must already do this it would be easier to just include the full amount with symbol ($1.99) in the suggested_amount tag of the API results.
